Use of the ApapachoPay service constitutes acceptance of these Terms of Use in full.

2. Service Description

ApapachoPay facilitates directed payments exclusively to affiliated healthcare establishments. It is not a remittance service, financial entity, or medical provider.

3. User Obligations

Users agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Use the service only for lawful purposes
• Comply with U.S. and Mexican law
• Not interfere with or attempt to compromise the platform

4. Responsibility of Affiliated Establishments

Affiliated establishments are responsible for product or service delivery, quality and availability, regulatory compliance, and direct attention to beneficiaries. ApapachoPay does not guarantee the performance or quality of affiliates.

5. Limitation of Liability

ApapachoPay is not liable for:

• Inventory shortages or unavailability
• Delays attributable to affiliates
• External provider failures
• Telecommunications issues
• Force majeure events

6. Refunds

Refunds may apply in the following cases:

• Product or service not available
• Beneficiary unable to redeem within the established timeframe
• Incorrect or duplicated charges

Processing times depend on the payment method used.

7. Prohibited Uses

Users may not:

• Use the platform for illegal activities
• Attempt to clone, reverse engineer, or copy the platform
• Manipulate transactions or systems

8. Intellectual Property

All software, design, content, trademarks, and images are the property of ApapachoPay. Any unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

9. Jurisdiction

For payers located in the United States, applicable federal and state laws apply. For beneficiaries and affiliated establishments in Mexico, Mexican law applies.
